What happens during an Energy Healing Session
Just lay back and receive during an Energy Attunement Session ... Carey will connect with your "Energetic Field" to intuit the most beneficial energy enhancement modalities to use during a session. Anything from Reiki, Etheric Healing, Balancing of the Chakras, Clearing stuck Energy, Tuning Fork & Singing Bowl sound healing etc ... Similar Reiki and other hands on healing techniques, Carey works in the layers of the Aura (energetic body) but does not touch or interact with the physical body. With years of working and developing her own techniques she finds it more powerful and beneficial to work with the energetic body (aura) directly.

What to expect
It's best to release expectations. For in-person healing sessions, some will experience some sensations in the body, feel the energy received, a sense of something happening or just feeling lighter ... It is also quite normal to just feel a sense of peace and relaxation. Sometimes mental, emotional and physical issues will come up to be addressed, experienced and then released. This can also happen in the days following a session. It is all just part of the healing process of releasing blockages in the energetic field.
During most of the sessions, you will simply feel very relaxed and, in some cases, just fall asleep. All of these experiences are perfectly normal for an energy session... Just be aware that the energy is going where it needs to and everything is just as it should be.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where does the healing sessions take place? Sessions are done either in person or one on one by connecting to an online Zoom meeting. There is no significant difference in a session if it is done in person or online. Carey is able to tap into your energy field no matter where you are.
How do I join a ZOOM meeting? You will receive a confirmation email and a link to the zoom meeting after you book a session. Please familiarize yourself with ZOOM prior to the session. If you haven't used it before, it will require a simple download that can be accessed through the link provided for the session. Click HERE to find out more.
How long is a session? Most sessions are 50 minutes. When you book a session you will be asked to fill out a form that outlines the areas that you would like to be addressed. Please be as complete as possible when filling out this form. Carey will be working on your case often prior to your session. Carey will work with you intuitively, on your healing outcomes.
How do I Prepare on the Day of the session? Please be on time. If you are late, you may or may not be guaranteed that the session will be for the full hour. If the session is by zoom, familiarize yourself with it prior to the session.. If you miss your session, I am able to reschedule only one time, for an appointment in the future.
